The homeowners contacted GLPARS because they feel that there is some paranormal activity in the house. Some of the issues that the homeowner reported to GLPARS include:
Their mellow older dog was chewing on bone behind couch. It suddenly lunged at something that was not there, as if it was defending its bone.
One night while the parents were in bed and the oldest daughter was walking in hall way the door to the master bedroom started banging hard. Both sides thought the other side did it. (handle was not turning
A year ago, while father was out of town, mom and oldest daughter in bed sleeping. 2:00 AM, lamp fell over, loud crash. The lamp was not hit by the sleeping daughter. Lamp did not fall off, though it should probably have fallen due to its position. It was as if someone picked it up and put it down.
Mother has been poked and patted while in bed.
Oldest daughter poked in bathroon.
Smashing noise in the basement a number of years ago (when first moved in). Nothing moved or broke.
Youngest daughter's room - shelves were lifted off the nails and set in the middle of the floor. It did not wake up anyone
The daughters feels like they are alone. Esp. in basement. Not scared, just sensed. Not creepy.
There is a feel of someone being with you when doing laundry.
The oldest daughter caught something odd on video tape while recording friends in the basement - something appears to pass across top of frame

Investigation Process:
After the walk through of the home with the home owner, the equipment was set up as described previously. EMF readings were taken in the basement as well as in the upstairs floor. EVP sessions were performed in the following locations

We recorded 14.5 hours of audio, 6 hours of video, 10 short videos on the motion camera and numerous photos.

While this is still under review, there is an interesting video 'glitch' that we found immediately after the 'These guys are no good' EVP. The video camera in the master bedroom appears to be trying to focus on something that is near the camera. Further analysis is being performed to try and determine any natural causes.

We did not find any high levels of EMF in the house. We thought that there may be high levels in the basement where there were reports of a feeling of someone being there, but they were quite low a few feet away from the normal electrical sources.
Conclusion:
While we did not personally experience any activity in the house, we did find a number of EVPs and potentially a video anomoly associated with an EVP. There does appear to be activity in the house. We are in discussions with the homeowners in regards to how to procede.
